The Star Cook Fest – Spices ’14

Spices’14, the annual culinary competition was held on 25th of October for MCA, MBA and B.Tech first year students. The event was launched by the Principal N.Jandhyala Murthy.

Considered as a rare platform for engineering students to exhibit their culinary skills, Spices attracted many enthusiastic participants. Not only is it a competition for seasoned cooks, but Spices also gives a chance for amateurs to experiment.

 

The dishes were judged on the basis of taste and the flavour and also the presentation skills of the participants. The nutritional value of the recipe was another criterion for judgement.
